aylvania. on Monday the Second of
December one thousand seven hundred
and ninety-three.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Represen
tatives of the United States of America in Con
gress assembled. two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following be proposed
to the Legislatures of the several States as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States;
which when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislature shall be valid as part of the said
Constitution, viz;
