Building A Plan!
With this years goals defined, building a plan to turn them into a reality is the next logical step.
Easier said than done. Designing a speedy method that serves all three main goals equally isn't easy.
The Family Tree, Census Files and Genealogy Lessons are all very important parts of the website.
Daily effort is made for each, along with other sections including page design and monthly editorials.
The Issues At Hand...
While both tree & census completion are desirable, their accuracy shouldn't suffer for want of speed.
It's imperative that a realistic workload be set up that progresses well, and its contents trustworthy.
A Family Tree Website is not a project to be taken lightly-
It should have niether timeline or completion plans, as something can always be added.
There should however, be minimum level information that we strive to add to each individuals file.
Searching through censuses and adding them to the tree files takes time, but provides verification.
Hopefully, several census files from their lives can be found to attach to each members records.
For members earlier than censuses can be found for, other files might be available to attach.
As you know, there are many things that go into everyones file, and it takes time for each.
For an idea of the types of things that go into a file, see the Family Tree Demo.

It All Seems So Simple Now...
We just need to remember that this is not a race.
It's a quest. So let's go slow and enjoy the ride!
When you're ready to add the support to do your own verifying, purchase the census files on CD's.
Because verifying is the key to accuracy, and accuracy is what makes your tree valid.
Good luck, have fun and enjoy!
Whether novice, enthusiast or professional, we all need guidance and direction from time to time.
